A Big welcome to our newest addition, Caden Mark Young! Caden was born on 1/2/12. He was 8 lbs 15 ounces and 21 inches long! He is healthy and doing well! Big brother Mason and big sister Zaylee love him very much!

Dinosaur Museum

On Tuesday Stuart and I took Mason and Zaylee to the Dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving point. Mason was amazed with all of the dinosaurs and the different activities he was able to do. Zaylee stayed pretty happy the entire time because she had plenty to look at. It was a fun activity and it was even better because it was $2 Tuesdays!

I have been making cakes lately to earn some extra money, and because I enjoy doing it!

This first cake is for a client that wanted a "creative" cake for her daughters birthday party. She sent me a picture of her daughters artwork and asked me to duplicate it on a cake :) below is the artwork on left and cake on right.

This is a character cake (wow wow wubbzy) that I made for a friend. It was for her daughters 1st birthday :)

My sister got married on Sept. 24th and I made her wedding cake! This is Stuart, Mason and I at the temple. (I am 33 weeks pregnant now, and Mason is 10 months old!)

For those of you who don't know, I am pregnant again! I am a little over 5 months along (22 weeks) We found out a couple months ago and were shocked at first but we are excited for another baby. I think having babies less than a year apart will be crazy for the first few years but I know they will be good friends! We aren't going to find out the gender. I am looking forward to the surprise at birth :) I am due end of Nov/beginning of Dec. Who knows... I don't really even know exactly when I got pregnant! haha.

Mason has been crawling for about 3 weeks now. He is so fast now and I have to keep a close eye on him! He has started pulling himself up on things as well. I love this boy!

This last Sunday my beautiful baby boy was blessed. Stuart gave him an amazing blessing and I could tell he was truly listening to the spirit as he spoke. Family and friends came over to the Young home afterwards for a light brunch. It was great to see so many friends and loved ones.

Mason is getting so big! He is smiling like crazy and has even started to do somewhat of a laugh. He makes noises all the time and loves to "talk". He is full of life and I am so grateful to be his mom. Stu and I love to watch him grow. Mason will be 3 months old in about a week!

My baby is 4 weeks old! I feel like I have had him much longer than that! Well, I guess I have, if you include his time in the womb :) I have loved being a mom! Although it has its tough moments, it is well worth it. I have been very blessed-Mason loves bath time, loves getting his diaper changed and loves car rides! Thank goodness!

Mason Stuart Young!

Mason Stuart Young was born at 12:05am Dec 9th 2009. He was 9lbs 1 ounce and 21.5 inches long. HUGE baby! My labor was about 9 1/2 hours long, with only 4 hours of hard active labor and 30 mins of pushing. It was such an incredible experience that took faith and every ounce of strength that I had. I wouldn't have done it any other way, even though it was tough. I still can't believe I am a mom! I love my little boy so much and am so grateful he is healthy and perfect. This experience has also brought Stuart and I even closer. I have the most amazing husband who was with me through everything, holding me, helping me through every contraction, talked me through the pushing and actually got to deliver Mason. He is the love of my life and I don't think I could have done this without him.

Halloween was fun! I am 36 weeks and getting closer and closer! I thought Mason should be the one dressing up for Halloween this year :) Stu spent about 3 hours carving that pumpkin! What a fun time of year

Stu and I found out we are having a baby boy! We are so excited! Our ultrasound technician said he looks great and everything is healthy. It was such an amazing experience watching my baby on the screen and feeling him kick at the same time. I am so grateful to have experienced this!

Fun in Rock Springs

A couple weeks ago Stuart and I went to Rock Springs to spend some time with Mandi, Darren and baby Trayden! We had a very fun weekend that included volleyball,attempted frisbee golf, the power going out, us going to a friends house and watching UFC using a generator, birthday party with fun games and lots of card games! We loved spending time with them!

BEAR LAKE

So last week Stu and I went to Bear Lake with My dad, Sheila, Carol and her family. We spent our time playing tennis, cards, swimming and building sand sculptures at the beach!

This is what we did while at the beach at Bear Lake! We sculpted a 10ft dragon/gecko monster! This definitely kept us busy on the beach! Stu did most the digging and building, and my sister Sheila and I did a lot of the shaping and sculpturing! My dad and neice added on some sea shells to give our monster scales!

Well I am 21 weeks now and still feeling great! I have felt a lot of kicks and movement and it is so much fun to feel my baby growing inside me! As you can see, I have started to get a baby bump :) We will find out in Sept. if our baby is a boy or girl!

Update on my pregnancy!

Well folks, I am on week 12 and have been very blessed with NO sickness! As long as I keep food in my belly I feel great! I have noticed that I enjoy others cooking for me as well ;) I finally found the midwife I am going to use to deliver my baby. She lives in PG and is very experienced and also cheaper than all of the others I have looked into :) I haven't had a lot of changes yet, just a little more tired, and pee more! Either a boy or girl would be lovely! Just as long as our baby is strong and healthy! This is a new experience for Stuart and I but we are very excited to start on this new journey! As for now, we will continue to read up on the "how to's" of parenting!

I had bought a pregnancy test a couple days earlier and I was in the bathroom and felt the need to take the test. I waited for the results... Once I read that it said "pregnant" I ran to Stuarts office and said "Hunny I need to talk to you when you are off the phone" he looked at me and said "ARE YOU PREGNANT!!!?" and I said yes and started crying tears of joy, he hugged me and then took pictures of my happiness! I am so excited to start this new journey of parenting!

1. I think this note idea is a good way to know information about people that you otherwise wouldn't.
2. I love to dance. I am not very good, I would like to get back into it, but I love dancing whenever music comes on and my husband just laughs at me.
3. I like to sing. I don't know why but I randomly sing all of the time. Most of my friends and family give me weird looks but that's me!
4. In the past 2 years I have become a completely new person. I have learned to be responsible for my thoughts, actions, and feelings. Life is amazing once you take responsibility and stop blaming others.
5. I have been skydiving. It is the most amazing feeling. It is the closest I have ever been to being a bird. lol (which is what I would be if I were an animal. Preferably an eagle, rather than a pigeon)
6. I love country music, pop,church music, some rock and some other genres that I'm not sure of. I like everything but hard hard rock.
7. I don't love to read, but i do love learning so I force myself to read a lot. Right now I am reading "Bonds that make us free" by C. Terry Warner. I suggest every one reads this, it is an amazing book. I have found that the more I read, the more I love my life.
8. I play halo on x-box. I don't know why but I love halo. I think it might be that I am good at it and I don't want to learn another game, and can't justify to myself to play any other computer or nintendo games, so I stick with it.
9. My husband and I just got sealed in the Mt. Timp temple. It was the most amazing experience ever. It was the first time I truly cried because I was soooo happy. I reccomend this experience to everyone.
10. I don't like when people don't say what they mean. If you want something, say it. If you don't want something, say it! I enjoy honesty.
11. I have been to Costa Rica. Stuart served his mission there and then last year we went back for 10 days. We stayed in a tiny house with a family from his mission. The family was so sweet. She made all of our food, which was amazing, and welcomed us into their home. We went hiking in the jungle and saw some beautiful waterfalls. And everyday Stuart wanted to get "trence de queso", which is a yummy cheese bread. Good times.
12. I am not in love with any actresses or actors. I never posted pictures on my wall or idolized famous people, although it would still be cool to meet some of them.
13. When I was little my brothers would call me Crusty Poop.
14. I like to play racquetball with Stu. He gets pretty competitive though!
15. I enjoy being outdoors and going camping once in awhile. I love making memories. I have a whole quote bored complete with sentences that no one else but my husband and I would know what they mean.
16. I like to play pinochle with Stu and his parents.
17. I broke a rib on my 3rd time snowboarding. Which was pretty painful.
18. I love kids. I can't wait to be a mom and I know I will love it, even though I know there will be hard times.
19. I want to bear my babies ALL NATURAL.
20. I have a pet snake. His name is "Stretch Viper Young". I never thought I would own a snake but my husband wouldn't let me get a puppy. (I even taught my snake to roll over)
21. I am blessed to have an amazing family as well as amazing in-laws.
22. I love the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. Although sometimes life seems monotonous, every single one of us has a great purpose for this life. I will not seperate church from state. I think the gospel needs to be part of every arena of life, because frankly, the whole reason why we are on this earth is because of our father in heaven and we need to show him that respect.
23. Over the past 2 years I have grown a love for freedom, the Constitution of the United States, our founding fathers, righteous men and women, knowledge, and a hope that the people of america will wake up and start taking responsibility for their actions.
24. My husband and I have created a website called www.guardingourfreedom.com. Most LDS people know that the Constitution is sacred and will one day hang by a thread. Now they have somewhere to go to know what to do to prevent this.
25. I have the most amazing husband in the world. He is intelligent, sweet, understanding, amazing, and good looking. :) He gives me an amazing life. I will be able to be a stay at home mom and he will be able to be home also while we raise our kids. His drive to keep moving forward amazes me. He has such passion for life and always is seeking more knowledge. He is the perfect guy for me. He is everything I never knew I wanted in a man.

Being sealed

Stuart and I were sealed in the Mt. Timp temple Jan 20th 2009. It was the most amazing experience I have ever had. That is the most I have ever cried from being so happy. I even got a couple tears out of Stu! The promises that are made are incredible and irreplaceable. My life continues to get better each day. It is so great to have the blessing of the temple. I now have somewhere to go when I am feeling mediocre. I have also realized that there are so many people waiting in heaven for their temple work to be done and I know those people will be eternally grateful for our willingness to help. I have also realized now more than ever, that my happiness is only up to me. I am responsible for everything that happens in my life and I determine my level of joy in this life. Heavenly Father will jump at the opportunity to bless me as long as I am living righteously and I should be willing to give him enough respect to do so. Going to the temple was unbelievable and I recommend this experience to everyone!

Well everything has been very busy latley. We are in the process of moving to draper and launching a new company called Guarding Freedom. This company is very important to us. As of now we hold weekly meetings to teach people about what we do. We teach people about Freedom and the principles of prosperity we learned from the Founding Fathers and through scriptures. I feel like I am a completely different person! I love to learn new things. Right now we are studying the principles of our Constitution and teaching others how to be self reliant. I believe that you should take responsibility for all of your actions and always be honest in your doings.

Stuart and I met country dancing in SLC. We were married March 1st 2007 and have been married for almost 1yr and a half. We are living in Alpine. We have started several businesses and are moving forward fast. We are dedicated to living by principles and honoring the Constitution. We love our life and are committed to always learning and growing.
